Description
For some people even clicking the details of this course will probably get your heart racing or your palms sweaty. The idea of presenting or speaking in public is quite possibly deeply uncomfortable for you and therefore not very pleasant.
This course is aimed squarely at people that have a fear of speaking in public. You could just as well call it a phobia – a physical response triggered by the thought or prospect of having to speak in public.
How (and why) will this course work?
This course is structured in two parts. Group Learning AND 1-2-1 Coaching.
But first let me say – NO ONE will be forced to present, but all will be given plenty of opportunity.
Group Learning – 3 * 3 Hours. In the group settings we will go through:
- Where the fear comes from – how we process information
- Understand our beliefs
- Assessing Limiting beliefs
- Presenting styles
- Confidence techniques
- How to manage “presenter state”
1-2-1 Coaching:
Included in the course – and to be arranged individually – are up to three 1-2-1 coaching sessions. This is our “belts and braces” approach to ensuring you complete this course having removed your fear of presenting and a clear strategy for managing how you present in the future – with confidence.
What will you get from attending this course:
